Performed the role of design and technical consultant to the client for VAM system design using the steam generated from frying food items. The steam recovered and was further condensed to operate 2000TR VAM system. This design resulted in savings in energy and utilities bills for the client.
Further we executed the design of ducting and distribution network serving process hall, packaging hall and warehouse through the VAM system. Also, we performed site inspections, commissioning support including review of shop drawings, review of TAB reports, Functional performance testing for the control system and walkthrough inspection/recommendations during handover.
