Performed the role of technical consultant to the contractor in resolving humidity problem in IMDAD Smart Logistic Distribution Centre, Jeddah. We performed the study of the existing condition and provided recommendations to fix the Humidity and condensation problems in the Distribution centre.

Description
  • Study of existing HVAC system and its operation to evaluate the issues related to High Relative Humidity and condensation problems to provide technical input in identifying course of action that was considered to mitigate the humidity issues.
  • Based on the above study, we performed a detailed design of the HVAC system including New AHU Design, Hydraulic Calculation, HVAC ducting Drawings, Chilled water piping modification, Equipment Schedule, Bulk BOQ, etc.
